Salbabida story- Efren Penaflorida this video made me realize on how lucky I am with my status

also, how proud I am as a Filipino, Sir Efren and Sir KB is one of a grate examples of a True Filipino,
helping others wholeheartedly, without expecting Anything in return. Even if it just a span of time
watching and hearing them, I saw some of my core values were same as they.
First one is kindness, while hearing the story of Sir Efren on how he found his “salbabida”, I am
really amazed on how Sir KB helped him, not only him but also the other people who are needy of his
kindness, to become a new person and to have a new life, and also Sir Efren is not selfish to give back
what he received by way of helping others like what he did to Kess. Like what he said he found Kess at
the age of 4 years old lying on the front of a convenient store and people are kicking him and he has a lot
of wound on his hair. "Do things for people not because of who they are or what they do in return, but
because of who you are" Second is respect, Even if Sir Efren has a new world he still knows how to
respect Sir KB, and also Sir KB and Sir Efren still show respect to person Like Kess who y we can call as
a beggar, not like what the other man do, kicking him. My parents taught me to always respect people no
Matter what is their status on life, because if you want to be respected by the people learn to respect them
too.  And I Believe in the saying "don t Judge the book by its s cover because you never knew what these
people can do or who will they can be, may e the person you are bullying or insulating right is the People
who can help you in the future. And respect is not just given to whom you want to give, respect is for
everyone and Everything that God has made. Next is courage and positivity, remember when Sir Efren
said, for them it is not an easy start on the "kariton klasrum" because as people see them pushing the
kariton some of them laugh, throwing words that is unsuitable, and many more, but when Kess said
“yung isang bagay na ginagawa nyo mali ba yan? ". "hindi dapat ikinakahiya ang isang bagay na alam
mong tama" Sir KB, and he also added" dapat kapag naglalakad kayo taas noon", that's when Sir Efren
had courage and positivity because he knows that there are people who support them. When you remain
to have courage and positivity in life any obstacles that the world will throw, you will concur it. And no
Matter what you're going through right now don't give up Like what Catriona said "always see situation
with a silver lining" and always keep your Faith in God. Because when you offer him Everything that you
do, nothing can go wrong.
"Unexpected kindness is the most powerful, least costly and most underrated agent of Human
Change". Don't be afraid to help people, because we never know that, that act of kindness will have a
great impact in their lives and maybe God is using us as an instrument for other to find their purpose in
life and us will serve as their Hope to have a new life.
