A client complaining to the head regarding the indecent behavior of the newly-
hired employee in the company.

From the hallways of the company, a client named Karen was heard shouting inside
the office of the head company.

Karen: Not only was your employee rude, he even had the guts to sexually harass me.
I demand that he gets fired this instant!

Head: Okay, ma'am, I am very sorry for what happened, but please, calm down first
so we can talk it out.

The head made the client calm down and reached out for the company phone.

Head: Hello, can you please call the new employee up in my office right this
instant? Thank you. Ma'am I already called the employee so we all can sort this
out.

Karen: What? Why do you have the need to call him? I cannot believe this! This is
pure insanity!

Head: Ma'am, I understand that you are very upset but I also need to hear first the
employee's side.

Karen: So you are telling me that you don't believe me? Are you calling me a liar
now?

Head: No, ma'am. I am not calling you a liar but as I have said earlier, I also
need to hear the employee's side and review the CCTV footage so I can make a better
judgement. If the employee was proven guilty, I assure you that he is going to be
severely punished.

Three knocks were heard on the door.

Head: Yes, come in.

The employee who allegedly committed sexual harassment entered the head's office.

Employee: Good morning, sir. Good morning, ma'am. What seems to be the problem?

Head: This client calims that your behavior earlier was very rude and that you also
sexually harassed her.

Employee: Sorry, but I like to defend myself from this accusation. I want to
clarify that this is just a misunderstanding on her part. First of all, I did not
act rudely on any clients earlier this day and secondly, I did not sexually harass
anyone. I strongly cannot condone sexual harassment and people who commit such
acts.

Karen: No! You were very rude earlier. I asked you where the CEO's office is
located but you did not tell me and then you told me that my skirt was unkempt but
I know that you did that because you just want to secretly check me out.

Employee: Sorry if you feel that way but I am just worried that somebody will make
fun of your appearance if I did not point it out. I also did not tell you where it
is located because I do not know where it is since this is my first day on the job.
The front desk also told me not to tell you because you do not have any appointment
scheduled with him.
Karen: See, you are very very rude. I told you that I just want to see him so that
I can present him my proposal but you did not let me!

Employee: I'm sorry but I do not see anything wrong with the way I spoke to you
earlier. I asked you if you have an appointment and you told me "No." So I told you
that I cannot let you in the CEO's office if you do not have a scheduled
appointment with him.

Head: Okay, I think I heard the whole story. I am sorry to hear this but, ma'am I
do not see anything wrong with the way my employee acted earlier. You cannot just
barge in the company and see the CEO if you wanted to. You must schedule an
appointment with him since he's a busy man. As for the sexual harassment, I believe
that pointing out your skirt was messy is not sexually harassing someone, you
cannot assume that he has done it so that he can secretly check you out.

Karen: I am furious. Is this how hou handle your employees? I cannot believe this!
Just let me meet the CEO and I will gladly turn a blind eye about all of this.

Head: Ma'am as we have said, you cannot meet him unless you have an appointment. I
will have to ask you to just leave.

Karen: What? No! I won't leave until I face the CEO.

Head: I'm afraid I may have the need to call for the security guards to get you to
leave this place. I suggest you just peacefully leave or set an appointment to meet
the CEO. Thank you, have a nice day.

Karen walked out of the office and slamed the door. She left the company and never
set foot inside the building again.
