and bedrocks project under the DepEd School MOOE for CY 2020 located at Calagdaan Elementary
School, Brgy. Calagdaan, Cantilan, SDS under PAKYAW LABOR control contract with Charlito Guiral as the
leader & Leonito Grumo as the assistant has been inspected and found to have partially completed in
terms of Repair of Classrooms & other school vicinity in accordance with plans, inspections and terms
and condition of the contract and fully accomplished on June 1, 2020.

Acceptance of the work above specified as 100% completed as of June 30, 2020.
