    approved request to float questionnaire to the secondary school teachers in SDO
    Kalinga in relation to her dissertation entitled, “Teaching Proficiency of the
    Secondary School Techers in Tabuk City and Kalinga Divisions along the
    Professional Standards for Teachers”, in partial fulfillment of the requirements
    for the degree Doctor of Philosophy.

    It is advised that the researcher shall strictly observe the provisions of


    DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 and DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2017.
