My Philosophy of Education as a
Grade School Teacher

I am Johndel C. Lamoste and I greatly

believe that every learner
• is special and unique; and they exist
on their own ways
• is talented and gifted with abilities
• is creative and mindful
• can be taught and guided with moral
values and discipline
• has the ability to learn and excel
• can be the great people in the future

I believe that in our modern

generations, appropriate unchanging
values must be indoctrinate and instill
to learners.
I strongly believe that being a teacher; it’s
my passion to ensure the extent and
holistic progress of each learner through:
•inseminating to learners the unwavering
values of love, respect, kindness,
patriotism as the nation’s patrimony.
•indoctrinate to learners the basic skills
mainly the R's as well as the 21st century
skills for them to be a competent learner
•unleashing the learner’s talents and
abilities by showcasing their skills through
respective activities
•delivering the subject content with the
power of proficiency which will aid the
enhancement of the knowledge and skills
of every learner
•coherent application on the appropriate
values and attributes of a competent
professional educator
•dealing each learner with fairness, justice
and integrity
•training every learner on how to apply the
learning in real life situation
•giving task that will enrich their holistic
growth (physically, mentally, spiritually,
socially and emotionally)
•prioritizing the student’s outcomes and
experiences in learning
