AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL
I, ROBERTO CRUZ MARQUEZ, of legal age, Married, Filipino Citizen, and a
resident of 919 Quezon Blvd., Sta. Cruz, Manila, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I have never been accused and charge of any case;

2. That Records Check from the Regional Trial Court reveal that the Criminal
Case were filed against ROBERTO CRUZ MARQUEZ, as follows:

a. I.S. No. 83-14205

Criminal Case No. 83-20857
The People of the Philippines, Plaintiff Vs.
Roberto C. Marquez, Manila Garden Hotel Suite 223, 2nd floor, Makati
Commercial center.

3. That I am not the same person stated in the above-mentioned case;

4. That I have never been a resident of nor have settled in Manila Garden Hotel
Suite 223, 2nd Floor, Makati Commercial center, except in my place of
residency (Sta. Cruz, Manila);

5. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
stated therein.
