Sub:- RTI for Permissible activities in Convenience Shopping Center at Dwarka

Sec -10, 11 & 12.

Dear Sir,

Please provide the information for certain queries under RTI act 2005:-

1) What all activites are permitted in Convenience Shopping Centre in Dwarka as

per MPD -2021.

2) How many Convenience Shopping Centre are there in Dwarka Sec- 10, 11 &
12.

3) Please provide the address details of Convenience Shopping Centre in Dwarka

Sec-10, 11 & 12.

4) What is the basic difference between Convenience Shopping Centre, Local

Shopping Centre & Community Centre in terms of area & permitted activities.

5) Whether DDA have allowed /permitted use of shops in Convenience Shopping

Centre in Dwarka Sec 10 , 11 & 12 for College/ Institute / Academy in
part/full for imparting education / training / Course . If yes, than please
provide the name of institute/college/academy which is permitted to function
in Convenience Shopping Centre.

6) If DDA doesn’t permit shops in Convenience Shopping Centre for use by

College /Institute/Academy in full/part . Did DDA sealed the premises or took
any action against such misuse in Convenience Shopping Center in Dwarka
Sec 10, 11 & 12. Please specify the action taken by DDA in such case.
