 GENERAL RULES
1. Offline confirmations to be sent in by hand, in the name of Director, IMRT
Group of Institutions, Lucknow.
2. The entire registration process will commence from 20th February, 2020 and
continue till 28th February, 2020.
3. The registration fee varies from category to category.
4. The students who have already registered themselves are requested to report
to their respective venue on time or their registration will be cancelled.
5. Each participating College/ University is allowed to send one team per event
which would represent College/ University.
6. The following would be required for registration :-
• College Identity Cards/ ID Proofs
• A ‘No Obligation Certificate’ (N.O.C) duly signed by respective
Principal/ Teacher Coordinator. All participants are requested to
bring along 5 sets of photocopies of their N.O.C
• Soundtrack to be submitted at the registration desk at the time of
registration
7. Participants are expected to carry their own props/ accessories which they
intend to use in their respective acts.
8. Participants of all the competitions are requested to report 15 minutes prior
the commencement of their respective competitions backstage.
9. 5 extra members are allowed to accompany as helpers.
10.The names of the helpers should be mentioned in the N.O.C and it is
mandatory for everyone to carry their college identity cards.
11.The decision of the judges regarding the winners of the event will be final
and binding.
12.The principle of ‘First come First serve’ would be applied.
