of the Steel bar.
> The bended's bar must be 300mm in standard
For Example :
A=9m Steel bar = T32
B=8.5m
X=1.5m

Calculate the length of steel bar

A) 9m-8.5m = 0.5m

B) 1.5m - Lean Concrte = ?

1.5n - 0.075m = 1.425m

C) 40D
40(32) = 1.28m

Total = 0.5m+1.425m+1.28m = 3.205m

> 2[(A-0.5)+(B-0.5)] *0.5m is Concrete Cover

Number of Links If X is 1.5m

A) X- Lean Concrete
1.5m - 0.075m = 1.425m

If the they write R200 with mean every 200mm have 1 link
Therefore
B) 1.425m / 200 = 7nos
7nos + 1 = 8nos
* add 1 link from the top of the ground
