Comments On Work Programme Cost Loading/ S Curve

1. For Cost Loading, option no 2 send yesterday shall be followed i.e cost without testing
and commissioning.

2. The % complete type shall be physical in all the activities. Related to monitoring

3. Procurement Cost : Procurement cost of long lead items shall be included in work
programme as per discussion with Mr. Azam Yesterday

4. The total cost of piling works given in programme does not match with BOQ i.e total cost
of piling works of Hospital Main Building is 154, 349,859 and Piling Works for OPD is
13,010,078 the total 167,359,937 please clarify? Further under WBS Pile Working Piles
the weightage cost of activity Pile Load Test is missing.

5. Under WBS Sub Structural Works, the cost loading for the activity ZKB17220
compaction / backfilling of foundation slab is missing. Same is the case with ZKB 17290

6. Under WBS UGWT the cost loading of activity Finishing and Water Proofing works is
missing.

7. Under WBS Basement Floor, in Electrical Works the activity installation of UPS Wiring,
the weightage cost is missing. Similarly the weightage cost of the activity ZKB13010 is
missing

8. In Hospital Building, the total cost of Architectural Works Of GF, FF, SF, TF and Roof
Mumty does not match with Grand BOQ Summary. Please clarify?
Note: This should be checked for each Plumbing Works, HVAC Works, etc

9. Under WBS Ground Floor the total cost of the activity ZKB 17980 is missing please
clarify?

10. Under WBS Fist floor, the weightage cost of the activity Finishing Works at lift pit / stair
case and testing and commissioning is missing
Note : The weightage cost loading of the activity Miscellaneous Works and
commissioning in all floors is missing please clarify

11. Under WBS Roof and Mumty, the weightage cost of the activities under WBS Electrical
Works is missing. Further the weightage cost of the activity ZKB 14520 is missing
12. Under WBS Vertical Transport Works, the weightage cost of most of the activities under
WBS Lift pit 01, lift pit 02, Dump waiter is missing please clarify?

13. Under WBS Canteen there is slight difference from BOQ Summary in total cost of
Architectural Works. Further under WBS Electrical Works, the weightage cost of the
activity ZKB 14390 and ZKB 14400 is missing

14. Under WBS Canteen, the weightage cost of the activities under WBS Data and ICT
Passive works is missing. Further under WBS Elevation and Miscellaneous works the
weightage cost of the activity installation of entrance doors is missing

15. Under WBS Mosque, there is a slight difference in total cost of Architecture Works at
WBS Level and the Grand Summary of BOQ please clarify? Further under WBS Data
and ICT Works, Elevation and Miscellaneous Works, the weightage cost of some
activities are missing please clarify?

16. In Waiting Area the total cost of the total cost of sub structural works and civil structural
works given in work programme does not match with BOQ Summary. Same is the case
with Architectural works. please clarify?

17. In Waiting Area in Electrical Works the weightage cost of some activities are missing.
Further the weightage cost of the activities under WBS Data and ICT Works are missing
in programme please clarify? Further under WBS Elevation and Miscellaneous works the
weightage cost of the activity installation of entrance door is missing in programme.

18. Under WBS Civil Structural Works, Architectural Works of LT Room, the weightage
cost of some activities are missing. Similarly in HT Room the weightage cost of lean
concrete is missing. Same is the case with metering room.

19. Under WBS Tube Well, Pump Room, Gas Station, STP the weightage cost of structural
works is missing.

20. Under WBS Civil Works of Boundary Wall, the weightage cost of the activity Execution
of remaining wall for access is missing. Further under WBS Zone1, Zone 2 and Zone 3,
the weightage cost of the activities under WBS Civil works is missing.

21. Under WBS Water supply system, the weightage cost of the activities are missing of
zones 1,2 and 3. Further under WBS Water system the weightage cost of the activity
ZKB 20540 is missing in all zones
22. Under WBS Land Scaping and Road Works of zones 1,2 and 3 the weightage cost of
some activities of zone1, zone 2 and zone 3 are missing please clarify? Further under
WBS external electrical works of zone 1, 2 and 3 the weightage cost of the activity LT
Control Gare Panel is missing please clarify?

23. Missing Weightage Cost of Activities

All the weightage cost of missing activities should be loaded as mentioned above.

24. Backup Excel File Of Cost Loading

The cost is loaded w.r.t backup sheet. However the backup Excel file of cost loading is
not easily understandable and it is suggested that the existing backup sheet should be
rearranged in the easier format as per discussion with Mr. Hadi yesterday.

25. S Curve and Cash Flow

 Cumulative Planned Progress and Planned Progress Monthwise should be in %
 The Planned Progress is from the period from April 20 to Feb-22
 The total progress at the end of July-21 has been increased from 58% to july 78%
which should be clarified.
 The month format should be in the form of MM-YY
 Revised S Curve Cash Flow as per our comments mentioned above.

26. Resource Loading and Narrative Report

Resource loading and Narrative Report as per our previous discussions. Please be noted
that the resource should be loaded in all activities of construction phase. Please check that
no activity is missed without resource.
For Equipment resource it is suggested to confirm from Planning Engineer IDAP whether
to include in work programme.

Testing and commissioning, all buildings. Discuss with habib. Miscellaneous works if
any.
