Sakhi Serwar sample collection by ZKB in witness of IDAP was done on June 11, 2020, and the
same was failed to use with Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) / High Alkali Cement on June 24,
2020, as per test report attached. This information was passed on to IDAP by ZKB via email
dated June 29, 2020.

2. ZKB to respond on ''some locations of Sakhi Serwar has passed the Photographic Analysis Test
and it is the responsibility of Contractor to arrange the material, get it tested and use the
approved material fulfilling all the requirements.''

3. ZKB to respond on ''you are required to send your expert material engineer to visit the quarries
and arrange the right material at the earliest.''

4. Regarding Project Schedule, the same was submitted on MS Project on June 16, 2020, and
comments were received on June 18, 2020. Please note that Contract states ''the software as per
approval of The Engineer, so there is no compulsion on the Contractor to use Primavera P6.
However, since the approval lies with the Engineer/Employer, therefore, we have to follow the
instructions. At present Piling works schedule had been prepared and sent to you on June 29,
2020 [attached] and milestones date via email June 24, 2020 [attached] from PM ZKB have been
sent to PD-IDAP. Furthermore, a six months schedule which includes the piling and basement
works is being prepared which will be submitted to ZKB on July 11, 2020. Please note that in
absence of IFC drawings of Hospital, OPD and External Development [which is almost 80%
project magnitude) this exercise may lead to re-do upon issuance of above IFCs.

5. The piling methodology was first submitted to IDAP on June 6, 2020, which does not contain the
Testing methodology. The ZKB PM (Mr. Idrees) of the view that Pile testing methodology will
be submitted later. No comments were made by IDAP on the Test pile construction methodology
instead asked Pile Testing methodology as per their email dated June 11, 2020. The draft of the
Pile Testing Method from ZKB’s Piling Sub-Contractor (Hamza Corporation) received on June
12, 2020, and which was completely change by us after necessary incorporation. The revised
method statement including Testing methodology was submitted to IDAP on June 22, 2020, on
which comments received on June 27, 2020, and the same complied substantially and returned to
ZKB on June 29, 2020, for necessary incorporation and onward submission to IDAP.
