about you.
You should include:
- Your name
- Your occupation
- Key facts to help first impression

Situations that employees provide an introduction

- When the guest first arrives at the hotel
- During any interaction that will last longer than a minute or two or
where follow up may be required (Bellman should always give a
good introduction &Restaurant Server/Bartender should give an
introduction during the start of their service)
 - Any employees who enters an occupied guest room (room service
attendant, room maid, engineering staff, etc)
- Every telephone operator should introduce themselves.
