As usual we will follow the webinar etiquettes.
1. All students are requested to write queries in the chat box during the
session. First open forum will held pre lunch
2. Apart from guest expert all are requested to keep their mike muted
3. We will share a feedback link in the chat box at the end of the session.

4. With presence of expert speakers we are sure of having a healthy

5. This session is divided into two part pre lunch and post lunch and
attendace is compulsory for all the session throughout the session.
10 marks each are allocated for your attendance in final evaluation
of 100 marks.

A very good morning to our eminent expert speaker Dr. Navneet Gera,
associate Professor, Bhartiya vidya pith Institute of management & research
New Delhi, Director Dr. Ajay Kumar sir, faculty members and all present
here.

Today we at GLBIMR, are extremely delighted in organizing the first value

added course on EXIM. GLBIMR was established in 2007 under visionary
guidance of Shri Pankaj Agarwal ji, Vice Chairman GL Bajaj Group of
Institutions. we run 2 years full time PGDM program with an objective to
provide a great platform to the students where they can embark on their
journey towards a successful career.

Objective :
Swati: Today’s session on Export-Import Management is designed to
provide additional learner centric graded skills and oriented technical
tranning with primary objective of improving employability skills of
students. It will also  help the students to cover the latest developments in
the field of EXIM (Export-Import) Management in India to reflect changes
in policies, procedures and frame work.
The main objective of this session is to apprise all of us- 

·         To understand nature of EXIM (Export-Import) business.

·         To develop understanding of India’s current Foreign Trade Policy.
·         To understand the basic technical terminology of EXIM Management.
·         How to start our Export Import Business.

Director dr. Ajay kumar sir. sir carries with him 33 years of experience in
academics, research, training & consultancy sir has been at the director
position in many institutions such as ITS, Asian School of Media Studies,
International Chamber of Media & Entertainment Industries, BLS Institute
of Technology Management, , and many more. sir also worked as Deputy
Marketing Manager in Welcome Drugs, California, US.

Swati:Now I would like to introduce our expert speaker of todays session Dr
Navneet Gera, Associate Professor in Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of
Management and Research, New Delhi. Sir has completed his MIB (Masters
in International Business) from Sukhadia University, Udaipur and has an
experience of 15 years. He did his doctorate from University of Rajasthan on
‘Dollar Vs Euro in International Financial Markets’. He has also supervised
and guide to Ph.D. Scholars from Bhararti Vidyapeeth Deemed University
and one of the scholar has been awarded Ph.D. under his guidance. He has
32 research papers to his credit published in reputed national and
international journals. Dr Gera has published 10 papers which are listed in
Scopus INDEX/ ABDC. Sir has conducted more than 25 Workshops in
International marketing and export management. And chaired various
National and International Conferences.
