AND IT'S ASSEMBLY AT SITE , LABOUR, T&Ps, CONSUMABLES ETC REQUIRED AT JAGDISHPUR AS PER
SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS AND AS DIRECTED BY ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE FOR TYPE- A, B, C & D BLOCKS OF
CSU & FP TOWNSHIP INCLUDING TRANSIT INSURANCE AND STORAGE INSURANCE AT SITE TILL HANDING OVER .
BIDDER SHALL PROVIDE NOC AND INSPECTION CERTIFICATE FROM THE LIFT SAFETY DEPTT. OF THE GOVT./

1.00 Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of lifts as per following specifications. Individual item rates to be quoted
as per below mentioned item descriptions for complete scope of work.
Capacity - 8 Persons (Load 544Kg.)
Speed - @ 1.0 mps
Travel (Max.) - Ground floor to 8th floor, (G+8).
Stops - 9 stops
Control - A.C. variable voltage variable frequency (with close loop)
Operation - Simplex full collective Selective
Machine - Geared placed directly above the hoistway.
Car panel - Stainless Steel Panels , SS car door, SS landing door (All Stainless Steel are in hair line finish 1.22 BG)
Flooring - PVC Floor

Car Type - Automatic, centre opening door with V3F drive, stainless steel car in hair line finish 1.22 BG, ARD infrared curtain.
Door Size - Maximun available in above category of lifts as per specifications of the supplier. NOS 9 0.00
Door operation - Automatic centre opening door with V3F door drive / operator
Door protection - Multi Ray Electronic Door Protection Device
Additional Provisions to be made in each lift :-
1) Combined luminous hall button with digital hall position indicator at all floors.
2) Integral full height car operating panel with luminous buttons, digital car position indicator combined with direction arrows, overload
warning indicator.
3) Standard Electrical fittings of Phillips, Havell’s, Bajaj, Crompton greaves or equivalent.

Provisions made by BHEL:
Shaft Size provided - 1800mm wide x 2000 mm deep, pit size provided - 1600mm deep
Above to include supply of mandatory spares & tools for maintenance upto 12 months from the date of handing over and obtaining
clearances from statutory bodies.

Special Provisions under bidder's scope : Supplier shall provide suitable skilled services manpower with spares and
necessary T & Ps at site during the guarantee period of 24 months from the date of handing over of equipments at
Jagdishpur (UP) for uninturrupted operation of the equipments and reducing the breakdown period. BHEL shall provide
suitable office cum storage space for the maintenance staff at site of work during the guarantee period.

Value of the work actually executed on site in terms of Cl 16 of SCC i.e terms of payment shall be arrieved at upon completion of following
NOTE :
activities in full or parts under head (a), (b) and (c ) defined below:

(a) Supply at site of above equipments duly verified by BHEL/ consultant as per Bill of material = 90% of item no 1.00

(b) Installation of supplied equipments = 5 % of item no 1.00

(c ) Testing and commissioning of installed equipments and handing over = 5% of item no 1.00

Note : Service tax including edu. cess and SAH edu. cess at applicable rate on grand total as per SCC Clause 8.3 shall be payable extra . Grand Total= 0.00
