C. Duration
Completion of scope of works shall be maximum of 3 working days inclusive of printing and
signature of the structural analysis and details.
Please note that the above duration schedule shall only commence upon the approval of this
proposal.

D. Billing/Payment Schedule
Down Payment – 50% of Total contract cost upon approval of proposal
Remaining 50% - of Total contract cost upon signing and submission of structural details and
analysis.
