Executive Summary

This report is prepared to outline the progress of the current asphalt pavement
in a road project in Primland, Virginia, set to be completed on July 27, 2030.
The contractor did not encounter major challenges apart from weather
interruptions since it has been raining hard these past few days. The total
actual project progress is around 40% with a total expenses rounding to 40% of
the allocated budget.

Quest Construction is currently overseeing the asphalt pavement in road


construction and widening in Primland Virginia. The construction started last
July 27, 2029, and is expected to be completed on July 27, 2030.
 

Scope

The main project objective is to provide improved road access to residents in


Primland, Virginia. The project involves the construction of 50 km improved
rural roads. The project’s major deliverables cover construction completion,
quality inspection, and turnover on the scheduled project completion date.
