Project Goals

Plumbing & elec. trim, final paint, Trim, furnace, hrdwd, tile, rails, Prime paint, cabinets, doors)

Time : 336 days considering many factors including, but not limited to, size and degree of difficulty of the
structure, site and weather conditions, material and contractor availability, crew sizes, effective scheduling
and communication, the knowledge and experience of those managing the project, and perhaps most
significantly, the number, timeliness, and complexity of the changes you will inevitably make to the original
contract after construction has already begun.

rest for raw material, labour cost and overheads)
Project deliverables

The custom finish home has to be provided with certain basic features or deliverables which we have
further broken down into work packages. First deliverable is Authority work(bids, permits,
documentation for process initiation)

Rough-In ,means to bring in the various lines

(Plumbing pipes, duct work, electrical conduit)
to the space, but not make the final
Construction of the base as the initial step for
connections. For plumbing, this would be the
construction
pipes in the walls and floors that lead to the
sinks, bath, toilets, etc, but not actually
hooking up those fixtures.

Interior finish which includes painting, trim, The building exteriors including roof,
landscaping etc. insulation, wall and floor finishes.
