It is given that the image is twice the size of the object. So, magni cation is m = 2.

Also, the magnitude of magni cation m is given by:

m = v/u

Where v is the image distance and u is the object distance.

=> v = 2u

Here, u = 14cm

Therefore, v = 28cm

Use the mirror equation for concave mirror.

1/f = 1/v + 1/u

1/f = 1/28 + 1/14

=> f = 9.333 cm

This is the focal length of the concave mirror. It's radius of curvature will be:

R = 2f = 18.666 cm (answer - d)

