    Where k=number of successes, r = number of failures, p=probability of success

    a. k=1,r=3,p=1/6

    P = 0.2894

    b.

    P(Sum>12|3rd roll)

    =P(Sum>12 int Third roll)/P(Third roll 6)

    =1/5

    =0.2
