    ROLE DESCRIPTION – Volunteer role

    Role Title: Fundraising/Events Planner


    Department: Fundraising Team
    Reporting structure: Fundraising Lead

    Overall Purpose of the Role:

    As part of the fundraising team you will be responsible for organising all fundraising events for
    Peterborough Junior Ice Hockey Club. Some events will be run as a whole team but some will
    require you to work alone. Use your initiative to come up with new ways to raise funds. Attend
    regular meetings with the Fundraising Lead.

    Key Areas of Responsibility:


    ● Yearly planning
    ● Take the lead on designated events
    ● Plan events from start to finish
    ● Report to Fundraising Lead
    ● Evaluate events to find the most effect

    General Responsibilities:

    ● Work as a team to find new ways to raise funds


    ● Abide by the club officials code of conduct at all times
    ● Attend and be active in fundraising meetings
