Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) Development Project Revised

memo no Dated .The government of Bangladesh will be acquire some
land of Mirpur DOHS Dhaka for the purposes of development project of
Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). First party is the owner of the land.
First party is very busy man . So he can not cooperate the concern authority .
Second party cooperate the concern authority and second party doing approved the
RDPP of his own responsibility. For this reason first party will pay 1.75% of the
second party of consideration of the land value of TK 210 crore. Second party
will got total amount 1.75% equivalent of Tk.3, 67,50,000/-(Three crore sixty
seven lac fifty thousand Tk.). When First party received the first installment of the
Government he shall pay the all amount of second party Tk. 3,67,50,000/-(Three
crore sixty seven lac fifty thousand Tk.) at a time. First party shall deposited
security cheque to the second party equivalent of total amount Tk. 3,67,50,000/-
(Three crore sixty seven lac fifty thousand Tk.). When First party pay the all
amount of Tk. 3,67,50,000/-(Three crore sixty seven lac fifty thousand Tk.) second
party and second party refund the said cheque. Second party will approved the
RDPP on 30 November 2020.Second party only responsible the approved of
RDPP.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the First Party and Second Party above named put their
own respective signatures unto these presents at Dhaka on this day, month and year
first above written.
