DEED OF TRANSFER OF RIGHT WITH WAIVER

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Transfer of Right is made and executed by and between:

DEODATO S. ALCOBER, of legal age, Filipino, and residing at 85 Balubad,

Nangka, Marikina City, hereinafter called the TRANSFEROR;

- and -

ROHER A. ALEJANDRO, of legal age, Filipino, and residing at 15 Zuniga St.

Santa Ana, San Mateo, Rizal, hereinafter called the TRANSFEREE;

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the TRANSFEROR is the legal processor over property right since ____ up
to the present situated at Blk 24 Lot 48 Phase 2, Balubad Settlement, Nangka, Marikina City,
with an area of TWENTY FOUR (24) SQUARE METER, more or less.

WHEREAS, the TRANSFEROR for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the
TRANSFEROR do hereby WAIVE/TRANSFER and assign and set over unto TRANSFEREE,
his heirs, assign, transfer and convey, over the said property.

That this Deed of Transfer of Right with Waiver is binding, irrevocable and commence
upon signing of this instrument.

That the TRANSFEROR hereby guarantee for the transfer of his possessory, rights,
interest and participation over the said property in favor of the TRANSFEREE without any
additional expenses and the TRANSFEROR do hereby grant said TRANSFEREE, his heirs,
administrator and assigns the fill power and authority over the said property right.
