Deal Cancellation
Money Market

The new process for deal cancellation will be as follows:

 Identify a deal to be cancelled.

 Fill out the deal cancellation form, to be signed by the dealer.

 The Money market deal would be authorized by:

 Head of Treasury or
 Chief Dealer.

 Once the form has been filled, the specific deal would be cancelled

 The form would then be given to the Back Office who would maintain
a file for the deals that are cancelled.

Each month, the back office would reconcile the list of deals cancelled with
the forms filled, and check it with Treasury Middle Office before showing it
to the CFO.

Money Market

The new process for deal editing will be as follows:

 Identify a deal to be edited.

 Fill out the deal editing form, with particular details of the section that
was edited and its reason (to be signed by the dealer).

 The Money market deal would be authorized by:

 Head of Treasury, or
 Chief Dealer.

 Once the form has been filled, the specific deal would be edited

 The form would then be given to the Back Office who would maintain
a file for the deals that are edited.

Each month, the back office would reconcile the list of deals edited with the
forms filled, and check it with Treasury Middle Office before showing it to
the CFO.
