Heat traces for the lower wall thickness pipe will be
undertaken as part of PQT to determine if the coating
ISO 21809-1 9.1 line operating parameters need to be adjusted to
match the temperature profile shown by the higher
wall thickness.

Upon completion of PQT, a report shall be submitted


for client review and approval within 4 working days
of PQT completion, excluding results of long-term
testing (i.e. 28 day cathodic disbondment test) which
shall be submitted within 4 working days.

Production shall not start before PQT report is


approved.

If a production-coated pipe fails to conform to
acceptance criteria for a specified test, pipe length
shall be rejected, clearly marked and quarantined
unless approved otherwise by Client.
