Job Responsibilities

 Responsible for conducting the overall recruitment process.


 Assist in probation, monthly, quarterly & yearly evaluation.
 Assist in leave management, attendance, employee transfer, holiday allowance & other day
to day HR activities.
 Prepare office note, memo, notice, and experience letter.
 Ensure the logistics support (ID card, email ID, Bank A/C, HRIS database update) for the
newly hired & existing employees.

Job Responsibilities

 Monitor, Supervise & Control overall Administration.



 Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures
pertaining to the strategies Administration

 Coordinate with top management and shoulder responsibilities.

 Improve the operational systems and policies, develop MIS/ reporting system and have to
maintain ERP systems.

 Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational
excellence.

 Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term
operational excellence.

 Selection & Recruitment proficiency: ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support
talent sourcing.

 Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies
within the company.

 Organization Development proficiency: Manage annual staff surveys to measure staff morale
and organization climate, then develop and implement effective strategies.

 Implement effective strategies for developing the organizational culture.

 Manage change, particularly to structure in a positive and supportive manner.

 Study labor market and wage trends, various relevant Government labor legislation.

 Formulate employee motivation factors, counselling, grievance and labor handling, conflict
management etc.

 Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety,
Hygiene and Environment.

 Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property, assets
and other movable and immovable properties;

 Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law
enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders
to ensure smooth operation.

 To assist in formulating necessary policies & procedures and factory activities in accordance
with local laws, company rules and buyer COC.

 To Plan, Direct, Supervise, Monitor, Coordinate, Communicate and Control daily activities.

 To Develop, Motivate and guide the subordinates to the right directions.

 To Ensure necessary safety related to building structure, access control, health & hygienic,
security system etc.

 To manage and resolve any emergency incident or crisis,

 To ensure on time renewal the required licenses, contract, certificate etc.

 To monitor manpower requirement and ensure all recruitment and selection, placement,
promotion, transfer or separation is made timely as per policy.

 To manage all HR related data, records, reports, formats, statement, files, books & register
systematic manner which is properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per HR
policy & procedure.

 To provide necessary induction, orientation and training to make all concern aware on
compliance issues, worker rights & moral responsibility.

 To lead & execute internal audit to ensure the factory are ready to face external audit.

 To keep update the immediate superior regarding all information on regular basis.
