consideration with regards to property wide General Pest Control including insecticidal flooding of the
properties lawn patches. Termite redress, washroom area along base of structure. Only pesticides which
have been registered by the Environment Protection Agency [EPA] and local Pesticides Control Board will
be used. Integrated Pest Management will adhere to all labels, laws and requirements.
