DAILY HEALTH PROTOCOLS FOR ADMINISTRATION, TEACHERS

AND STAFF

AT HOME BEFORE GOING TO WORK:


 Check your temperature. If it is higher than 37.5C, stay home.
 Observe for signs and symptoms of Covid-19 such as cough, sore throat, body pains
and other symptoms written in the Health Checklist/Declaration Form. If one or
more are present, better stay home and rest.
 Stay home if you have had any close contact with a Covid-19 positive person.
 Inform your immediate superior if you are unwell and cannot report for work.
 If negative for the abovementioned items, dress up and wear the recommended
attire (short sleeves for ease of hand washing, pants instead of skirts for females,
closed comfortable shoes, avoidance of neckties, other accessories and jewelry).
 Please do not repeat used/soiled clothing.
 Bring hand sanitizer or 70% isopropyl/ethyl alcohol and face mask.

WHILE ON YOUR WAY TO WORK:


 Observe physical distancing while inside the transport service.
 Wear your face mask at all times.
 Write your name in the logbook for contact tracing purposes.

UPON ARRIVAL AT THE SCHOOL:


 Sanitize your shoes through the foot bath located at the entrance gate.
 Have your temperature checked by the security personnel.
 Disinfect you hand using the hand sanitizer/alcohol spray provided for at the
entrance gate.
 Record your temperature in the Health Checklist/Declaration Form using your
personal pen and submit accomplished form to the guard.
 Follow the unidirectional floor markings while walking on your way to your office.

AT THE OFFICE/CLASSROOM:
 Ideally, you should change the face mask you used for travelling.
 Wear your face mask at all times while inside the office and within the campus.
 Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
 Limit communication and close contact with your officemates.
 Avoid visits to other offices for non-urgent matters. Try to accomplish all tasks
through online or telephone calls.
 Limit entry of visitors to your office or work area.
 Refrain from sharing office supplies and personal computers.
 Practice respiratory etiquette at all times.
 Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
 Take turns eating at the communal area or eat at your own desk alone.
 Replace your mask after eating.
 Disinfect your desk regularly.
 Limit face-to-face meetings. If extremely necessary, only a maximum of 5 people is
allowed to gather at a given time.
 If you develop fever or CoViD-related symptoms while at the office, notify the clinic
and list down all the persons you have come into close contact with and submit the
list.

UPON ARRIVAL AT HOME:


 Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
 Immediately take a bath and change clothes.
 Wash the used cloth face masks with detergent soap.
 Exercise regularly, get enough sleep, eat nutritious foods and hydrate yourself.
 Take supplements as needed.

*** In case of Exposure to a CoViD Positive Patient


 Monitor your temperature daily for 14 days.
 Observe for signs and symptoms of CoViD-19 infection. On the average, symptoms
appear on the 5th day after exposure.
 Go to the hospital emergency room after 3 days for CoViD 19 Rapid Testing and/or
Swab test as necessary.
 Submit the result of the CoViD test at the clinic for back to work clearance.
