Daily Health Protocols For Administration
AND STAFF
AT THE OFFICE/CLASSROOM:
Ideally, you should change the face mask you used for travelling.
Wear your face mask at all times while inside the office and within the campus.
Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
Limit communication and close contact with your officemates.
Avoid visits to other offices for non-urgent matters. Try to accomplish all tasks
through online or telephone calls.
Limit entry of visitors to your office or work area.
Refrain from sharing office supplies and personal computers.
Practice respiratory etiquette at all times.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
Take turns eating at the communal area or eat at your own desk alone.
Replace your mask after eating.
Disinfect your desk regularly.
Limit face-to-face meetings. If extremely necessary, only a maximum of 5 people is
allowed to gather at a given time.
If you develop fever or CoViD-related symptoms while at the office, notify the clinic
and list down all the persons you have come into close contact with and submit the
list.
