PROJECT FACILITIES

1 Project Facilities
The Contractor shall construct the Project Facilities in accordance with the provisions
of this Agreement. Such Project Facilities shall include:
a) roadside furniture;
b) pedestrian facilities; and
c) Others to be specified
2 Description of Project Facilities
Each of the Project Facilities is described below showing:
(a) Toll Plaza - Nil
(b) Roadside Furniture
The roadside furniture shall include the provision of the;
i. Traffic Signs:
As stipulated in the Manual of Specifications and Standards.
ii. Pavement Markings:
As stipulated in the Manual of Specifications and Standards.
iii. LED Traffic Blinkers:
As stipulated in the Manual of Specifications and Standards.
iv. Crash barrier
The Contractor shall provide NJCB all along the elevated corridor.
v. MS Railing
As stipulated in the Manual of Specifications and Standards and Schedule B.
vi. Delineators
As stipulated in the Manual of Specifications and Standards.
vii. Boundary stones:
As stipulated in the Manual of Specifications and Standards.
viii. Hectometer / Kilometer stones:
As stipulated in the Manual of Specifications and Standards.
(c) Pedestrian Facilities
As stipulated in the Manual of Specifications and Standards..

(g) Buildings for Traffic Aid Posts
The Concessionaire shall, in accordance with the type designs prescribed for such
police outpost buildings by the State Government or a substitute thereof, construct
buildings 100 (One Hundred) square meters of plinth area, for each of the Traffic Aid
Posts, and hand them over to the Authority no later than 30 (thirty) days prior to the
Scheduled Completion Date. The Traffic Aid Post(s) shall be deemed to be part of
the Site and shall vest in the Authority.
