BUSINESS SUPPORT AND ADMININSTRATION ROLE

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team in an environmental start up based in Bali!
McKinsey.org is a non-profit, founded by McKinsey & Company, to have lasting and
substantial impact on complex environmental & social challenges, currently focused on
Academy Rethinking Recycling program.

The admin and business support will be based in our office in Sanur Kauh, Denpasar. This is a
full-time role reporting directly to Project Leader of Academy Rethinking Recycling for
Indonesia. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, attention to details and
willingness to work flexibly in a rapidly changing and expanding team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist the team with the administrative and operational day to day business conduct
such as scheduling meeting, managing expenses, sending communication documents,
etc;
- Support the team with logistical research and documentation by liaising with a range
of local stakeholders, including community leaders and informal sector players
- Develop comprehensive document for capex and budgeting
- Prepare minutes, assist with monthly financial report to the third parties and to global,
and assist with project report

TEAM ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

- An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Management


- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting, administrative and/or secretarial role
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Fluency in Balinese is a plus
- Eagerness to work in high paced and professional start-up environment
- Excitement to learn and help drive program success
- Willingness to travel
- Geographically located in Denpasar area
- A passion for social impact and environmental sustainability
