    To conduct the job analysis, create two jobs in current organizational hierarchy. Rationale should be
    mentioned that why these positions are necessary. Conduct the job analysis

    Guidelines:

    Pick an organogram, it can be hypothesized or the one’s you are currently working.

    Mention the two positions in two different departments

    Create the rationale for positions

    The assignment should be conducted in a project based organization context

    Follow each step studied in the class

    Generate the job description and job specification
