Subject: Changing the room from red house to MDOC

Dear Sir,

Our company has a room # 3A allotted to the Pakistani QHSE coordinator in Red house.

Yesterday on 4th June 2016 someone entered in the when the room was locked and no one was
present there He stole the money 300$ & 4000 Iraqi money and a mobile charger from the room. That
person is seen in the video nearly 3.15 Pm entering in the room.

And the person is facing too much problems over there like the housekeeping is not good,
washrooms are very dirty and even the showers are broken. The Iraqi guys are living in that area
make too many voices at mid night and at day time after lunch time.

So it is difficult to sleep over there.

It would be very thankful to you if you change the room from Red house to MDOC area.
