Bedding was a little bit itchy, our key didn’t work so had to get a

The staff at this hotel made my stay a 10/10. They went out of
their way to help me with an early checkin and a free room
upgrade. There was a small problem with the AC in one room
and they were immediately able to resolve it even at night. I

comfortable and would even be ideal for a longer term stay. The
hotel is very centrally located which makes it easy to get
anywhere. Thank you very much and I hope to return here some

The central location, the center of Vientiane is within

accommodating! They kindly agreed that we would still enjoy the
pool after checking out while waiting for our airport shuttle.

The room is huge with a large comfortable bed and staff are
friendly.

The toilet is not flush. In my opinion, the toilet did not reach my
expectation.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The

staff was more than the best, exceptionally helpful, smiling and
attentive. The rooms were immaculate, offering optimal comfort.

within walking distance, sufficient choice at the breakfast buffet,
room very large, bathroom no wet room but closed shower, nice
small outdoor pool + small gym to move around (but very
sparse)
bad view - directly other wall of the house in front of it, room
very noisy & therefore loud (air conditioning also loud), currently
there renovation works - have started drilling from about 10:00

9:00 am, have organized a taxi the day before through the
accommodation and paid so we won't be late to the train - then
had to explain everything again in the morning and it was not
working at the agreed time - but then did not work for less time.
Taxi ride was very funny, however, as the driver secretly took
photos of my girlfriend and then drove somewhere else for a
short time during the trip and met someone, although we were in
a very hurry as we left too late.

This is just wonderful place to stay. All facilities are

Comments Note

Because of mosquitoes, the room was cleaned only once during the
5 nights. Mosquitoes come in while cleaning. Because the furniture
is dark, it is difficult to catch mosquitoes. Don't expect breakfast.

Highly recommended this hotel to anyone. Will always stay here.

It's a bit far from the tourist street, but you can walk for about 10 to
15 minutes. It's a bit old, but the room is in good condition and
friendly for the price. I especially like the bedding. I think it would be
nice to pay a little more attention to cleaning. And there were a lot
of mosquitoes so it was a bit difficult. I hope there won't be another
time
