GUIDELINES FOR RECOGNITION OF STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS
1. Secure an application for recognition from Student Life Improvement Service

Coordinator at the SPS Office.
2. Submit all the requirements listed hereunder.
3. The SLIS Coordinator will evaluate the documents and endorse the same to the SPS
Director for approval of the School Director.
4. At a reasonable time, the list of recognized student organization will be posted at the
bulletin board.
5. Approved organization shall abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Student
Handbook.
Requirements:
a. Letter of request for accreditation, addressed to the Student Personnel Services Director.
b. Copy of organization’s constitution and by-laws.
c. List of organization’s officers and members with pictures, addresses, courses, year and
signature.
d. Letter of acceptance/willingness of the faculty adviser chosen by the organization.
e. Proposed One-year Plan of activities.

Every Nation Campus is a global organization that empowers students for LIFE. We
believe in the next generation that's why we train them in the areas of Leadership, Integrity,
Faith, and Excellence (L.I.F.E.).
For over thirty years, our slogan has been “Change the Campus, Change the World”. We believe
that training in righteousness the youth in the campuses today will change the world for the better.
2. Enumerate who are qualified to join.

Anyone who has a desire to be equipped as a leader is welcome to join. We value each
student pursuing healthy friendships with other students thus creating positive impact in the
campus and community.
3. Describe the average personal experience members could gain from your organization.
Every Nation Campus gives platform for students to lead by serving other students and
reaching the community through outreach programs. We also have a weekly meeting that we
call LIFE Group, it is an avenue where students are able to share about how to build lasting
relationships with family, friends, other students and most importantly-God.
The office of Student Personnel Services Office publishes a “Student Organizations’ Directory”
with contact information (name and e-mail ad) for all organization presidents. Would you like

GUIDELINES FOR STUDENT ORGANIZATION’s RE-ACCREDITATION
1. Secure an application form for re-accreditation from the SPS Office in particular from the
Student Life Improvement Service Coordinator.
2. Submit all the requirements listed hereunder.
3. The SLIS Coordinator will substantiate the documents submitted for recommending
approval of SPS Director before the final approval of the School Director.
4. Approved organization will be notified.
