As an application of NONVERBAL Communication, let's have a mini experiment

of the “Fake it until You make it" by Amy Cuddy. For 5 consecutive days, do one (1)
high power pose (HPP) in 2 minutes every morning and one (1) low power pose(LPP) in
2 mins in every afternoon.  Record the effect you felt after each experiment (after 2
mins). The effect might be positive (P) or negative/none at all (N). For examples of HPP
and LPP, please, check the slide#15 of the ppt for Nonverbal Comm which I uploaded
below or in the "files" section. Thanks!

Based on the mini experiment “Fake it until You make it" that I’ve conducted these
past 5 days. I observed and experienced that on my first day of trying HPP my back hurts and I
feel so lazy because this kind of posture makes me feel tiring. For the first day of LPP I am not
used to do this kind of posture and it is uncomfortable for me. The 2 nd day until the 5th day, the
HPP became positive because when I tried every posture, I can say that it makes me feel
calmed and relaxed to think things when I am doing this posture and I am used to these kind of
postures especially when I am at school. While on LPP, it is all negative until the 5 th day
because it just made me feel lazy and bothered by changing posture every time. I also cannot
think critically because these postures make me feel sleepy.
