COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN

At JBF Tucson, your safety is our top priority! For our upcoming sale we will follow current COVID-19
local health and government guidelines. We are adjusting procedures to hold our sale in a way that is
safe, spacious and sanitized. Please see below. Thank you for working with us so we can keep our
community well cared for and safe.

THINGS WILL LOOK A BIT DIFFERENT

So much about our sale—the amazing people, the fabulous deals, the huge selection—will be the same.
But due to our current times, things WILL look a bit different. Here's what to expect.

WHAT WE WILL BE DOING

What to expect

To insure your safety, we will be taking the follow safety measures and practices:
• Following guidelines put forward by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and our local
government/ health officials.
•Perform regular cleaning of high-touch surfaces.
• Everyone will be required to wear a mask per the county mandate.
• Team Members will be screened as they arrive at the sale.
• We will be performing regular hand washing
• Follow our New Expanded Schedule

KEY THINGS TO KNOW AS YOU MAKE A SHOPPING PLAN

More shopping hours have been added to allow more options for when to shop and to provide
more social distancing during the sale.
We ask that you reserve a ticket to help us manage the flow of guests for the day you plan to shop.
If possible, please plan to leave your children at home for their own safety, occupancy limits and
social distancing.
Are you well? We ask that anyone who does not feel well or shows any of the symptoms published
by the CDC to please not attend.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU SHOP

Q Entrance: As you enter, we ask for your ticket and will scan you in contact-free. You can show the
u ticket on your phone or we can look you up by last name.

i Social Distancing: We will ask that shoppers who are not from the same family unit stay 6 feet from

? Masks: All shoppers will be required to wear masks at JBF per the Pima County mask mandate. If you

SELLERS

CONSIGNOR DROP OFF

What to expect

We have added additional drop off days to reduce the number of people dropping off at one time.
To maintain social distance, we will require everyone to schedule a drop off appointment.
We encourage you to leave your children at home for their safety and to come by yourself or
bring a maximum of one helper with you to drop-off.
Santizing wipes will be available for rolling racks

PRESALE SHOPPING:
The presale shopping schedule for consignors, team members, 1st time parents, military moms
and teachers has been significantly legthened to ensure you are able to shop in a spacious
environment.

CONSIGNOR PICK UP :
To maintain social distance we will continue with pickup appointments.
Pick up will be done curbside at the rear entrance of the building for all consignors with less than
500 items.
If you are consigning more than 500 items you will schedule a pick up time and come into pick up
your items. Please remember to only bring a max of one helper to allow for social distancing.

HELPING AT THE SALE:

Team Members will be screened when you arrive to make sure you are feeling well.
You will be required to wear a mask.
You will be asked to maintain social distance from customers you are helping and other team
members.
You will be asked to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer every 45 minutes.
