Aniya Day Spa

Administration and operation manual


The following are points and instruction that Aniya day spa employees should understand,
obey the following:
1. All workers are requested to invest their working hours to the benefit of Aniya day
spa and to insure its development.
2. Be prepared physically and mentally (on time, uniform, appearance “hair & nails”
and always a smile).
3. No bathroom slippers. No jackets while servicing a client.
4. No shift changing without a prior management approval.
5. Always be present at your work station and not around reception desk.
6. No music over cell phone, unless over a headphone.
7. No personal visit. Only employees are permitted into workers rest area.
8. No workers are allowed to set on the balcony, as it is not an extension to the resting
area.
9. Understand the relationship between work and hospitality business.
10. Cashier is considered a shift supervisor and in-charge when the manager is not
around.
11. Any Aniya day spa workers are ONLY allowed to make their hair, from Monday till
Wednesday at the time range between 7:00 am - 9:00am. Otherwise, workers are not
allowed to use any of the equipment or material for their personal use.
12. No worker is allowed to use the steam unless they have permission from their supervisor or
manager. (Once a month)
13. Workers are allowed to take showers between 7:00am and 8:00am.
14. Each employee is entitled to one hour break and it includes meal break; all with
arrangement with the manager or shift supervisor.
15. Employees of the same department are not allowed to go outside at the same time.
16. Morocco bath, makeup, hair, nail products and equipment are always off limits.
These products are considered Aniya’s property and they are not available to the
usage of the workers.
17. Aniya’s kitchen is for the use of all workers to prepare food and eat. Any other
activities in it is not allowed, such as simply gathering there, or doing any beauty
work.
18. If any belongings goes missing, all employees’ bags will be searched and physical
frisk is possible.
19. Absolutely no fighting, yelling or loud laughing in resting area. We have zero
tolerance toward verbal, physical abuse or attitude. Employees are expected to act
calm and professionally with clients, each other and management.

20. Reception the only person entitled to distribute clients over to workers. Workers are
not allowed to approach or call customers to their station. Any interference with
supervisor client distribution is considered a huge breach to this manual.
21. Resolve all misunderstanding/problems directly with manager or supervisor.

(I understand all of the above and that disobeying this manual will result warning letters
and could risk my career in Aniya Day Spa).
