Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to make a complain about a product that I bought last monday on your
website. When the product arrived to my house, the cardboard box was damaged
and the product that was inside of it was broken, in this case the phone case.

When I received the package, at first I couldn’t believe that a famous company as it
is Media Mark could have such a big problems like this. I didn’t know what to do, but
the i saw on your website that when a problem happens, a mail explaining it would
be the most easy way to solve it.
Also the service of the delivery man was awful, the man, didn’t deliver the package
to my the door of my house, only to the gate, and the guy let the box on the floor and
he give it a kick in order not to move from the place he was.
In my opinion I think you should change of delivery company because i was treated
so bad that I'm thinking of not buying again on your website.

I think that the most accurate thing it would be as I said change the delivery
company and if it is possible, it would be nice if you could refund the money that I
spent on the phone case.
