In lieu of the current situation of our country in relation to the pandemic caused by the Covid 19, in
behalf of the people of Bagac, Bataan, the undersigned would like to humbly request your
organization for assistance on our predicament in finding a suitable transition house to our
kababayans who has just been discharged of the hospitals for non-Covid 19 related ailments such as
mothers with new born children, those who have undergone natal care-related procedures, patients
who have were subjected to medical operations and other recovering patients.

Your facility in our municipality, the NPC Compound was identified as a suitable area to house
those that we have just mentioned. We will only need two (2) of your guesthouses with four (4)
rooms each. Rest assured that we will sanitize and clean the same. Whatever damage it may incur
during our use of said facility will be repaired by the Municipal Government of Bagac, Bataan.

We are optimistic that your corporation will be able to provide us with the much-needed assistance
considering that we have been partners in a number of meaningful endeavors in the past.
