DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION is made and entered into this _____day of ___________ in Angeles City, by and
between:

SPS. ERLINDA GANZON GARCIA AND BENJAMIN MANANSALA GARCIA, both legal age, and
residents of 63-77 Dela Cruz St., Balaba, Dau, Mabt. City, hereafter referred to as the DONORS;

And

NOEMI GARCIA VILLOTA AND JENNIFER GANZON GARCIA, all of legal age, Filipinos and residents
of Dau Mabt. City , referred to as the DONEES.

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the DONORS are the registered and absolute lawful owners of the improvement covered by TD No. 63-09009-
19196 and Property Identification No. 019-09009-14-034-1002 under the Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 197842 which is
registered in the name of Virginia Garcia

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the love and affection that the DONORS have over the DONEES, the Donor
hereby DONATE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY the above-described parcels of land including the improvement found thereon .
