    STAFF MEAL

    MONDAY basella 99 grm. carrot 400grm. Tomato paste 100grm. Minced meat 1/2 kg. rice 1 1/2 kg.

    TEUSDAY spagetti 3 pcs. Tomato sauce 1 1/2 litle

    WEDNESDAY mouloghiyye 1/2 kg. rice 1 1/2 kg. sh3eriye 150 gr. Whole Chicken 1 pcs

    THURSDAY yaghanet vegetables 1 1/2 kg. Rice 1 1/2 kg. tomato paste 300 grm

    FRIDAY fried potato fresh 3 kg. hommos 1 kg. salad sharkiyye

    SATURDAY dawood basha, kafta 1 kg. onion 1 kg, tomato paste 200 grm. Rice 1 1/2 kg.

    SUNDAY pomme soufle, potato 3 kg. minced meat 1/2. salad malfouf

    Remark staff meal betweeen 16;00 till 18:00 just for kitchen staff and cleaner's

    Remark BEFOR OPPENING STAFF MEAL IT WILL BE FOR 8 PERS.

    Remark after oppening staff meal it will be for 14 pers.
