Topic/Lesson: Figure of Speech

Intended Learning Outcome: At the end of the lesson, the learner will have 

1. identified the figurative language from poetry and prose;

2. determined the different kinds of the figure of speech in the story being read;

3. recognized the use of figurative language affects the reader when compared with a
purely literal version;

4. developed their imagination and enrich their vocabulary; and

5. analyzed the cumulative impact of specific word choices on meaning and tone.

1. identified the basic positions of gymnastics;


2. interpreted the mechanics of the different positions in gymnastics;
3. developed expertise in demonstrating the basic steps in gymnastics;
4. explained the basic positions in gymnastics through oral recitation; and
5. executed properly the basic positions in gymnastics with music.
