What we did for today since we had no class in Community
Health Nursing, Mrs. Kissy let us share with our groups about our personal family genogram, the risk factors in the family, current risk factors which we have to categorize each risk factors as physical, environment, and intrapersonal. We identified need health education and determine who needs the education. We also identify sources of appropriate screening in community for the identified risk factors. In the group we will have to choose one family and create a health teaching plan based on the prioritized problem or assessment data gathered utilizing the family nursing process. After that we discussed our plan of action related to the USNDG goals we had chosen and assigned tasks in each member so as to maximize the time and to have collaboration. After this day I reviewed for our pharmacology subject as well as in our maternal and child health nursing so as not to forget the topic that we had discussed. And after I rest my eyes, I pray, and get enough sleep because tomorrow is another day.
