Resource Development Management. An International scholar/bursary of Resource Alliance
India on Social Mobilization & Networking and of Wolfson College Oxford University UK, Future
Leaders Programme.

During her service as Division Guidance Coordinator: she had organized the Guidance &
Character Ed. Association in DepEd Camarines Sur; capacitated the designated District &
School Guidance Coordinators in the aspect of counselling & handling cases on Child
Protection & Gender & Development; introduced several innovations; conducted several
researches which she presented in both national and international conferences. Further,
through her leadership, DepEd Camarines Sur won 2nd Place in the National Competition during
the ESP ( Edukasyon sa Pag Papakatao) National Convention last November, 2013 and won
First Place in the National Brigada Eswkela Competition for two consecutive years.

She’d been Senior Education Program Specialist on Social Mobilization & Networking in DepEd
Camarines Sur from 2014-2016, where she implemented various astounding innovations and
programs that put DepEd Camarines Sur in Regional, National and International Map.

She hopes that her education & trainings coupled by her dedication to work would qualify her to

It’s my pleasure to recommend our dear friend and former agency partner, RUBY P. PAN, as
your University’s Private Sector Representative. I’ve known DR. PAN for years and can attest to
her strength of character and compassion for others. We are pleased to hear that she applied
for the position for we know she could contribute a lot in your institution.

DR.PAN worked as Senior Education Program Specialist in DepEd Camarines Sur and in her
term accomplished the following:

1) Garnered 185 Million worth of External Partners Support for year 2014 that placed
DepEd CamSur as National Brigada Winner.
2) Established the First GK Central Kitchen in DepEd Bicol,Magarao District
3) Initiated the construction of Bridge for Education among IP Community in Buhi District
through GMA Kapuso Foundation
4) Solicited support of Philippine Women Association for Donate Books and Read Program
to Island Schools in Camarines Sur
5) Promoted the Saving SARDOs Program in Camarines Sur through Bikes for Education
under Bikers of the Philippines.
6) Campaigned and implemented the Universal Feeding Program and Proper Nutrition in
DepEd Camarines Sur through the help of GMA Kapuso Foundation, Gardenia, Nestle
and CDO.
7) Distributed School learning materials before the start of the school year in DepEd
Camarines Sur through the help of GMA Kapuso, ABS CBN, LCC, SM, BDO
Foundations from 2014-2016.
8) Organized a DepEd charity fundraising concert where she raised 8Million for the
Purchase of Initial Senior High School Equipment in partnership with different concert
sponsors.
9) She handled various DepEd CamSur Provincial organizations like Parent Teachers
Association, Association of Private Schools, Guidance and Character Education
Coordinators.
10) She handled, processed and referred to proper authorities different legal concerns in the
Division such as administrative and criminal cases among administrators, teachers,
parents and children.

11) She was the media focal person of the division.

We believe she would make an excellent addition to your team, as she has the ability to
communicate her ideas clearly, make team members feel at ease and help solve problems. She
was also included in the conflict resolution team of DepEd Camarines Sur during her stay.

1) Read and review the SWOT Analysis of the University and identify which area my
expertise could contribute.

2) Strengthen NGOs,GOs,Pos and community partnerships of the University that will be

beneficial to Student and Faculty’s Moral, Social, Academic and research Programs.

3) Support the trust and existing programs and projects of the University’s Board of
Regents.

4) Develop partnership with National and International Industries/Corporations that will be

potential job placements of our University graduates and investors of our Municipality
and of Partido.
