ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT

MATUDIO and DARIUS MATUDIO, all of legal ages, Filipino citizens and residents

Hundred Thousand pesos (P200,000.00) Philippine currency from MR. LEO
CASTRO, of legal age, Filipino citizen and resident of Lingayen, Pangasinan, as
PARTIAL PAYMENT for that parcel of land with an area of Seven Thousand Two
Hundred Eighteen (7,218) square meters, situated in Brgy. San Francisco, Bugallon,
Pangasinan.We hereby agree that the purchase price aforementioned for the
property is P240 per square meter.
