pieces of real properties situated at Indang, Cavite which are more particularly describe below, hereby
grants a Non- Exclusive Authority To Sell to Rosalinda Siman, Susie, and Winifredo M. Rios of legal ages
and with addresses stated above under the following terms and condition:

1. Real Estate Properties subject to this non-exclusive authority to sell are:

Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 786920, 786921, 786922, 786924 and 786924
Barangay XXX, Indang, Cavite, Philippines
Total Land Area: 1,200,000 Square Meters;

2. Selling Price: PHP 650 per square meter Net of the following expenses:
A. Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, Transfer Taxes, Notarial and Registration fees
and other expenses incidental to the transfer of ownership registration to the buyer;
B. 5% Brokers’ Commission based on Selling Price Net;

3. Terms of Payment: Cash;

4. Period and Kind of Authority: Non-Exclusive Authority limited to one (1) year counted from the date
this Authority is signed;

5. Notwithstanding the provision of number 4 above, this authority is considered automatically

extended if after one year, the objective of selling the land is basically done except for some
bureaucratic requirements from local and national regulatory bodies, the completion of which, are
beyond their control.
