    Instructions:
    (1) Read the situation below and write by hand a bad news letter on an A4 sized sheet.
    (2) Take the picture of the handwritten letter and turn it into a PDF file.
    (3) Submit the PDF file on LMS.
    (4) Deadline: 11:55 pm on Wednesday, 7th October, 2020.

    Situation:
    A student from an intermediate college in Karachi requests for the certificate against taking
    participation in All Karachi Inter College Bilingual Declamation Contest which was held on Nov
    30, 2015 at the main campus, PAF-KIET. Policy dictates that only position holders are awarded
    with the certificates. Since the student had not secured any position, certificate cannot be
    awarded. As an event coordinator, write him a letter refusing to give a certificate to him.
