Dear Mr. Hassan,

I had recently purchased a pair of jeans from your official outlet located at Shop # F49, 1st
Floor Dolmen Mall Clifton, Karachi on 24th March 2019 (Refer to Receipt attached).

However, when I reached home and unpacked, I found that there was an unusual rip in the
seam. I have been buying jeans from your outlet for as long as I can remember since my days
in High School but have never faced such problem. I believe that I may have been handed
over a defective piece and would appreciate a timely replacement of the product.

I would be highly grateful if you could consider my request and look into this matter to make
an arrangement for the replacement of my pair of jeans. I would really appreciate an
immediate action from your end.

selling these products is interested to make Joint Venture with our brand. Now we start our
