QUOTATION TERM
1. Painting
Rustproof painting and then according to the PANTON Number
SD Standard Color: Main Body: Cream Sandy; Protection Cover: Orange
Other components such as electric box, the color per SD standard.

2. Test Running
We will test & check machine without materials before shipment in factory. All the
charges of delivery、 custom clearance、inland transport、import duty should be borne
by buyer. If the customer requests to modify after constructing, it must be passed
by our agreement. If the items aren't included in the technologic standard or the
confirmed drawing, those should be quoted separately.

3. Installation
a. Buyer has to prepare the power source、compressor、coil stripe 、tooling、
cables & wires etc. before installation. In case of insufficient preparing and cause
second time installation, buyer needs to absorb the additional charge.
b. If seller does not receive the installation order within 60 days when the
cargoes arrived destination port, buyer should be paid the balance within
7 days when the 60 days accomplished.

4. Construction Site of Installation


Buyer has the responsibility to take in charge when machine were damaged while
transportation and unloading. Buyer should notify our company if the machine is
replaced or moved during maintenance. Buyer also should prepare crane、hoist or other
equipment for discharging the cargo. If SD arranges the unloading equipment, it will
charge buyer the extra fee.

5. Responsibility On Buyer Side:


a. Foundation construction to be built per foundation drawing. Drawing to be provided
by seller, the buyer responsible to do the foundation.
If no foundation pit, the ground flatness is required + 2.0 mm/ Meter and ground
stress at 4tons/m² as minimum. The level shim to be provided by buyer.
b. Surface project of air conduits (Includes air supply junction and valve)
c. Preparing the power source, communication cables, hoses & connectors (Electronics
& Compress Air) before installation.
d. Preparing the lubrication、hydraulic butter、gear box oil、circulating cool down
water、air compress
e. Preparing different kinds of coil thickness、materials、consumptions.

QUOTATION TERM
f. All of guards & safety barriers.
g. Overhead cranes、hoists、welding and cutting tools、standard tools.
h. Consumption material for running test, such as cables、stripes、tubes、foundation
bolts,foundation gaskets and hydraulic pressure tubes、air pipes etc.

6. Document
SD provides Manual, Foundation, Machine Specification, Press Connecting Sketch,
Drawing of System Circuit ,In case of customer needs others document, we could offer
the quotation under request. Normally, we will not offer the design and electrical
program& software. If Buyer needs to change the parts, we would offer the drawing
of machine parts.

7. Warranty
One year guarantee after installation base on normal operation, nevertheless excluded
the condition as following:
a. Improperly operated
b. Providing refit & tuning.
c. Revising the cable of power source.
d. Electronics consumable, such as limited switch, indicator, push buttons and fuse
etc.
f. Mechanical consumable, such as break lining pad, rubber diaphragm of cylinder of
air disc brake, push button and switch on operation panel, oil seal for hydraulic
& pneumatic cylinder, wheel of coil hold down arm.

8. Installation Fee
a. It to be paid by customer, including engineer'charge、air rounds ticket、visa
application、local transport、a local translator、 three meals (lunch at pm12:00)、
hotel fee、internet and medical treatment. The engineer's labor charge includes
flight time.
b. Assist medical treatment when the engineer suffers injury or gets sick.
c. Preparing two electricians and four mechanical technologists to help install and
adjust the machine.
d. Providing lunch at pm 12:00 during working time and enough water.
e. Completing install & test running under Buyer co-operates very well.
(completed number 3、4、5 items)
f. If the engineer's return ticket is modified due to the buyer's factors, the buyer
will be responsible for the ticket modification fee.

報 價 附 件
一般事項

1. 塗裝
本機先塗上防銹漆,再按客戶指定的顏色噴漆。(請告知 PANTON 顏色號碼)
本公司標準色: 本體:沙色、護蓋: 橙色
電氣箱顏色順噠標準: 油漆公會 1-60 沙色

2. 試車
本公司組裝完成後會採無料試車並檢查外觀,本公司於出貨前,會妥善做好測試及檢驗的工作,而
所有運送費用、清關、內陸運輸、進口稅均由買方負擔。若組件或機器完成製作而客戶要求修改時,
必須取得本公司同意。若修改事項不在技術規範或確認圖面內且須修改功能或操作特性時,需另行
報價。

3. 交機安裝
a. 買方需於裝機前準備好電源、空壓源、測試材料與模具等。如果準備不足,造成二次安裝的動
作,買方需負擔額外的費用。
b. 買方須於設備運送至指定港口或工廠,須於 60 日內進行安裝試車完成,如超過此期限
視同驗收完成,買方需全額支付尾款。

4. 施工場所
施工場所應便於拖車或軌道車的搬運,機器搬入、安裝時造成廠房或其他原有設備受損時,由買方
負責。修復時如需撤掉或移動該機器應事前告知本公司。卸貨時買方應自備卸貨的吊車、堆高機或
其他起重設備。如需賣方僱用吊車,則費用另計。

5. 買方責任
下列事項由買方負責:
a. 地基工程依圖施工, 地基圖由賣方提供,買方負責施工。
如無地基,地面水平度須於每平方公尺在 2mm 公差內,地耐力須達 4 噸/平方公尺以上,水平墊
片由買方準備。
b. 機體外部的空氣配管工程。(含機體側面的空氣供給接頭與停止閥)
c. 供應電源的工程,連接控制器的通訊線、地基工程等。
d. 備妥潤滑油、油壓用油、齒輪箱油、冷卻循環水及空氣壓縮機。
e. 提供試車不同厚度之鋼捲(一級品)、材料及任何消耗用品。
f. 安全用具,如安全帽、護目鏡、圍欄與管路的覆蓋板等。
g. 天車、吊車、焊接切割與相關工具及一般基本工具。
h. 電線、機械管、水管、液壓管、地基螺絲、地基墊片及空氣管等耗材。

報 價 附 件
i. 順噠提供機器設備到電控箱之標準線長為三米,若有三米以上需求,則費用另計。

6. 提供文件
本公司提供規格表、地基圖、使用說明書、配線圖、各系統迴路圖(但不含電子控制線路圖),如果
客戶有其他要求的文件時可另行提供報價。本機不提供設計圖面及電控程式,但買方如需更換零件
時,可提供零件圖面。

7. 保證期間
驗收機器後一年內,如有故障或損壞發生,本公司負責免費修理。但發生以下情形,則不予保固:
a. 應照說明書操作機器或應用於不同的材料規格生產。
b. 私自改裝或添加配備。
c. 私自更改電源配線造成的故障。
d. 電子消耗品,如限制開關、指示燈、按鍵、保險絲等。

8. 安裝指導費用
下列事項需由買方負責:
a.買方須負責賣方工程師的出差費用,包含工程師的出差費、國內機場來回交通費、誤餐費、來回
機票、簽証、住宿、網路、三餐及當地交通接送,並且需提供現場翻譯人員一名,以利安裝與試
車進行順利,安裝指導費用支付應含搭機時間。
b. 技術人員因故受傷或生病之醫療協助。
c. 二名有經驗電工與四名有經驗機械技術人員協助安裝與調整。
d. 工作時間中午 12:00 提供午餐,並提供充足飲用水。
e. 安裝試車在買方配合良好情況下(需完成第 3、4、5 項條款)完成。
f. 因買方因素而修改工程師的回程機票,所造成的機票修改費由買方負責。
