Description Impact
COMPANY to confirm that the flowline and tie-in spool welding should be done to API
1104 and not the General Piping and fabrication Specification, 09630-GEN-500-02, as
this states it is for piping and references ASME B31.3

COMPANY to advise the specification to be followed for the PU insulation coating and
FJC as the coating specification provided, ETAME-GEN-300-01, provides details for FBE,
Polychloroprene and Elastopor and HDPE coating only.

COMPANY to confirm if ECA will be provided or if API 1104 acceptance criteria should
be followed.
COMPANY to clarify selected loadout method for jackets and decks onto CONTRACTOR
transportation barge
COMPANY to clarify if the crane supported on a pedestal located on the west side of
the platform is part of CONTRACOR Scope of Work.

COMPANY to confirm the drilling schedule and the timeframe for the drilling rig
presence on location
COMPANY to clarify the U value for the insulation of the 8" flowline.
COMPANY to clarify if CONTRACTOR should comply to any specific diving requirements
over and above IMCA standards.
COMPANY to provide flexible data sheets for existing and new flexibles.  Datasheets
should at a minimum include a cross section, OD, ID, MBR (storage and installation),
Weights (in air empty, in air flooded, in sea water air filled, in sea water flooded),
Bending Stiffeness, End Fitting Details, Any ancillary items that go on the flexibles.
COMPANY to provide details on existing connections subsea.

1)For items blind flanged (i.e. Avouma Wye Tie In) and tree’s with flexible connections
to be broken what valves and checks are in place so that pressurization can be checked
before diver intervention for breaking connections?
2) COMPANY to clarify if Risers on the Jackets will be blind flanged, or allowed to free
flood during installation of jackets.  If they are blind flanged COMPANY to advise what
kind of bleed valves will be available on the blinds in order to ensure free flooding
before diver intervention for breaking the blind flange connection.
3) COMPANY to advise if existing connections were performed by bolt tensioning or
torqueing so CONTRACTOR can provide appropriate equipment for breaking of
connections.
