I, the undersigned is a sixty-three-year-old teacher at Kilicao Elementary School. I have

been teaching in public elementary school for 34 years now. Thus, comes October 31, 2018, I
intend to retire from the service.
My 34 years in the department of education were the best of me. I feel so grateful for the
opportunity the Bureau of Education has given me to practice my profession. Thank you very
